External loans – Leang Seckon – Phnom Penh

The Fondation Carmignac is pleased to announce the loan of the artwork Using The Loud Speaker As An Instrument Of Fear While Killing by Leang Seckon for the exhibition Phnom Penh, as part of the fourth edition of Lille3000 on the theme of “Renaissance “.

The work of Leang Seckon, a major figure of the Cambodian contemporary artistic scene, is marked by the violent conflicts he has known as a child, and naturally finds its place in this exhibition dedicated to the artistic revival invading the Cambodian capital.
